Myun would like to tell you about how we ship your items!
How We Pack Your Products
We will pack your items using simple bubble mailers + bubble wrap/cardboard if necessary if you check out directly. If you feel like getting a more secured package, we would suggest you to checkout "extra packaging" together with your items. Any Mishandling by the courier is not responsible by us.
Processing and Shipment Timing
After checkout, Myun will pack your items and get them sent out. All shipment is done through Singpost. All shipments will have tracking numbers included. This is to avoid mail lost while delivery, and to track if wether your mail is delivered/rejected.
Processing and shipment will be done at the end of each Month. Any changes will be announced online through our instagram!
Duration of shipment varies between countries. Some might take time with the customs in your country as they would check the items before its sent to your house.
What Happens If I Lost My Package?
We are unable to provide any refund or replacement if your package is lost. All shipments will have tracking numbers included to avoid lost packages.
Make sure to provide your full name, phone number, full address with house code if any and postcode correctly before submitting your order. If you think you have made a mistake after submitting your details, do contact us @MYUN.CO on instagram or myun.company@gmail.com ASAP, we will help the best we can.
What Happens If My Package Got Returned?
If your package got returned due to incorrect information of recipient (full name/phone number/full address with house code if any and /or postcode) or other reasons. Contact us on @MYUN.CO on instagram or myun.company@gmail.com for the correct information or refund if you wish not to continue. Extra shipping fee will be acquired to re-ship the package.
Tax and Import Duties?
You as the customer and recipient of the package is responsible for the tax and import duties incurred on your package. Import duties varies between countries.
WHY DID I RECEIVE DAMAGED ITEMS?
All items are shipped out in perfect condition, ensured with the basic packaging to keep your products safe to your home. Picture of the items when shipped out will be taken. Any Mishandling by the courier is not responsible by us. We would encourage you to take an unboxing video. If any damage/issues is done by us, we would send a partial refund of the damaged product/re-send the product with shipping funded by you.
